Armored Gopher has a great deal on 5th edition.
If you preorder and pay by June 13th, you can get it for $43.10 including tax. That's 20% off the $50 cover price.
They had a similar deal on D&D 4th. I got my complete set for less than $80.
They have a standing deal where if you order any new release and pay by like 2 weeks before release, they will give you 20% off.

Yeah, The Dragon's Table also provides discounts to people who preorder and pay for items ahead too.
Pre-ordering things is the smart way to keep on top of the latest releases of any system/game! ;D

Does anyone know anything about the changes to 5th Ed. I've been trying to find out what's up with it but with little success. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep working on my Eldar or sell them.

Tom,
There really isn't much of a change, just small tweeks. Here are the major differences.
1. True line of sight. Models in shooters own unit do not block LOS, but models partially obscured by other models (friend or foe) get a 4+ cover save (that's why gretchin don't provie cover for orks in new codex).
2. Biggest change: Running. Models that do not shoot can move d6" like the old fleet rule, but can't assault. If you have fleet, you can still run, then assault.
3. Wound allocation is slightly different. You allocate all hits, then roll for saves. Thus, a nob with power claw will not necessarily be the last one to go out of a mob of 30 orks.
4. All out assaults: Inthe older edition, you could assault a small part of the squad (2-3 guys), win the combat, and break a large unit. How the assaulted unit can move up to 6" to bring more guys into the combat after the chargers move.
5. The vehicle damage table is one chart, with mods of -1 for glancing, +1 for meltas, etc. It's now impossible to destroy a tank with a glancing hit.
6. You can't overrun into another unit after assault, which means that gunlines will now have a chance to blast your assault unit instead of rolling up the whole army.
For Eldar, the transports are now less dangerous, and you are not automatically pinned if you transport is destroyed. Avatars and wraithlords can now run, allowing them into combat faster.
The necrons are now much nastier. They can nw run, which makes them much quicker, and the monolith is impossible to destroy.

Thanks for the information. I was having a hard time finding out anything from someone that I considered reliable.
